We already have the dimmer permanently installed by an electrician. Can the lamp also be dimmed with such a dimmer?
The bulbs are not dimmable with a dimmer. However, I have also been using lamps with dimmers and hue bulbs for several years. It runs without problems, but dimming is not possible.

The HUA chandeliers must be connected directly to 240V. You must no longer use an external dimmer. You must remove or bypass the dimmer. It is also recommended to remove any switches.
