Question about Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Box

So, I have a problem. My hue app does not recognise my sync ranges. I can't select an entertainment range does anyone here know more. All devices PS5, Swisscom TV, nintendo switch go into the box. Box out goes into a jbl5.1 soundbar and from there into the TV. Would I have to connect it differently to make it work or does it have something to do with the app?
