Is this lamp enough to illuminate a 4x6m bedroom, for example?

Depends on how much light you need in the bedroom. A single lamp (with 3 x LED) is bright but not super bright. If the wardrobes are also in the room and you get dressed to look in the mirror, etc., the brightness is not enough to illuminate the whole room in my opinion. I have installed 2 x 3 Hue Runners + 3 x 1 Hue Runner in my kitchen (= 9 lamps). The kitchen is now nicely brightly lit, but it also needs to be bright enough for cooking. My son has the Hue Fair mounted in his room, also about 24 m2, which gives nice light. So if you want bright, calculate 2500 to 3000 lumens.

It will probably not be enough for the sole illumination of a bedroom. We use the Hue Runner (3 spots) for partial illumination of the kitchen-living room.
