Is the mattress delivered rolled up or full size? If rolled up, will this not damage the pocket springs? Can the old mattress be collected?

According to the supplier, it is possible for the mattress to be delivered rolled for this size. The mattress can be stored rolled for a longer period of time without damaging the spring cores. Unfortunately, collection/disposal of the old mattress is not possible. It is unclear whether a corresponding service will be available in the future.
