Your question is over half a year old, I don't know why this is shown in the running window.

You can't build it 100% mirror-inverted, the drawer is not the problem. But underneath this fat basket has a strut and there are no holes for that. You can't turn the plate, you'd have to drill holes in the smaller long plate yourself.
It is possible, I have built it myself mirror-inverted, there is simply the strut for the basket in front!
I'm 99% sure that I didn't overlook anything else when I built it.
