In my case, there is a runny radial line in the plastic at the top of the edge, between "at" and "simply...", but it is not a crack. With a magnifying glass you can see that it's just a change in colour, and you can't feel the spot with your fingernail. I can't see anything in the soap tank.

It looks like that to me too. But it seems to be a flaw in the casting process and not a mechanical crack.
Otherwise, I'm very happy with the dispenser - especially at this Corona time. 😀
