Question about Philips Hue Hue Runner Base
I already have Philips Hue at home. These are operated by dimmer or motion sensor. If I now expand the house with this lamp (Hue Runner), can I also operate it with the normal light switch at home or do I have to use a motion sensor or dimmer for this?
As soon as the normal light switch is set to "off", the lamp has no power. This means that when it is switched on, the regulated light brightness and the colour temperature return to their factory settings. The settings are not saved.
That also works. It's on the normal light switch for us, for off/on. For the rest of the options, there is the remote control and/or app.
