Question about Simplehuman Sensor Dispenser
Hello everyone. I need your help. We have ordered two of the stainless steel version of this soap dispenser and now we already have a problem. One works perfectly and the other switches off every now and then. It is then very difficult to get it working again, even after following the instructions. Both were fully charged first and there is enough soap in them. The time in which it switches off is always different, sometimes after approx. 8 hours, sometimes after 1 hour and sometimes after 30 minutes. Quite strange. Is it already faulty after less than a week? Have any of you had the same problem? Kind regards
I have 4 stainless steel dispensers. I haven't had your problem yet, so I would send it back.
One dispenser stopped charging after a year, but was quickly replaced.
Hello, I also have two stainless steel dispensers. One works perfectly. The battery of the second dispenser only recharged briefly after a very short period of use and then not at all.
What should I do? Register as a warranty claim!
The item was replaced without any problems and the new dispenser works perfectly!
I also had some that were quickly defective. Send it back.
