Question about Philips Hue Gradient Signe

Hello Community, I have been using this floor lamp with Bluetooth via App. Now I have bought a bridge and the dimmer and would like to use it with it. Unfortunately, I can't integrate the floor lamp into the Bridge. With Bluetooth, it recognises the lamp but not with the bridge. What could be the reason for this? Thank you in advance.

There are several ways to connect the lamp to the app. On the one hand, there is the possibility to put the lamp into programming mode. To do this, you would have to switch the lamp on and off quickly 3 times in succession until the lamp starts to flash, then search for the lamp in the app. You can also search for the lamp by its ID number. The id number can be found in the supplied sample on a silver adhesive label, which can probably be found somewhere on the lamp. This way you can add the lamp manually in the app.

I had to remove the light from the Bluetooth app and then it worked.

I have installed the luminaire via the bridge i. I control all settings via the Hue app.
It works. With time programme, dimming, colour. Very simple
