According to the specifications, firmness levels 2 and 3 have different mattress heights (firmness level 2: 20.5 cm / firmness level 3: 18 cm). Is this really the case?

Unfortunately, I can't answer this question yet. I bought it for my husband's care bed, but he has been hospitalised for the fourth time since June. I will be happy to provide feedback when he returns home.
