As a rule, an armchair is called a piece of seating furniture, which is designed for only one person. Lovechair is an exception, because it is big enough for two people. An armchair is intended for comfortable sitting and lying, which is why it is usually placed next to the sofa and coffee table in the living room. If the armchair serves for relaxation and rest, it is often also titled as a relax armchair, TV armchair, recliner or massage armchair. In addition, depending on the name, you can also derive the shape, because if you talk about a wing chair, it means an armchair with a high back and side headrests. The rocking chair can also be classified with the armchairs and provides a relaxing feeling or awakens nostalgic memories through the rocking movement.
