Violan Round

Violan coaster in round shape. For the first time, Metz Textil & Design is breaking with its own tradition - but the company from Aschau am Inn is doing this firstly for good innovative reasons and secondly with a clear green conscience: instead of the usual household, genuine wool felt, Metz Textil & Design is relying on "Violan", a purely vegetable felt developed over many years of tinkering. The material feels just as high-quality as soft merino wool felt, but consists of plant residues and wood fibres. Cozy soft to the touch, extra absorbent, allergen-free, biodegradable and absolutely non-toxic, so that small children can put the felt in their mouths without hesitation! Moreover, every round or square coaster for glasses, cups and bowls can be washed with mild detergent at 30 °C without a spin cycle, just like every optional table set - even real wool felt fans won't want to go back to that!
