When unpacking the pillow, we recommend being a little patient. The pillow is vacuum-packed for easier shipping. Remove it from the packaging, allow air to circulate through the product, and gently shake it to ensure the foam filling is evenly distributed. Let the pillow rest for about 24 hours before use to allow it to fully expand.
