We recommend that you have a little patience when unpacking the pillow. The pillow comes vacuum packed to make shipping easier. Take it out of the packaging, allow air to circulate through the product and shake it gently to ensure that the foam filling is evenly distributed. Allow the cushion to rest for around 24 hours before use so that it can develop its full splendour.
