The Traumnacht orthopedic mattress topper offers optimal sleeping comfort with its dimensions of 180 x 200 cm. Its open-pored comfort foam core adapts perfectly to the body, providing excellent back support and promoting an ergonomic sleeping position and better circulation. The breathable microfiber cover made of 100 percent polyester is quilted on both sides with 150 g/m² climate fiber, effectively absorbing moisture and ensuring a healthy sleeping environment. The cover is easy to remove and washable up to 60°C, making the topper particularly suitable for those with dust mite allergies. The Öko-Tex certification and production in Germany according to sustainable standards highlight the quality of this approximately 6 cm high mattress topper.
