This high-quality bamboo laundry basket from SONGMICS combines a natural look with thoughtful functionality: The body made of 17 mm wide bamboo strips on a sturdy metal wire frame and MDF base is robust, shape-stable, and can hold up to 15 kg. The natural-colored basket features a lid that can be opened and closed with one hand, keeping dirty laundry, odors, and dust contained, and is sustainably made thanks to the FSC certification of the frame and lid. Inside, a removable, durable fabric bag made of 160 g/m² polyester-cotton blend ensures hygiene and easy transport; the bag is machine washable and can be securely attached to the outer container with four plastic clips to prevent slipping. Two compartments with a total capacity of 120 liters allow for easy sorting of laundry by color or type, while side cotton handles and a lightweight design of 2.6 kg make transport easier, and the foldable design saves storage space. Assembly is quick and easy thanks to the simple construction and included illustrated instructions; the package includes the laundry basket, inner bag, accessory kit, and instructions.
