Indications: Neck pain, tense neck muscles leading to tension headaches, sleep problems due to stress, also suitable for osteoarthritis and disc issues in the cervical spine - after consulting your doctor. Prevents the bending of the spine - for side sleepers.

Contraindications: Fresh injuries/strains of the cervical spine, recent herniated disc, meningitis following a stroke, acute nerve root inflammation of the cervical spine, spastic torticollis, in cases of neurological disorders or malformations, tumors, etc.

Note: Due to a slight stretching effect on the neck and spine, the adjustment may feel unfamiliar at first. The body needs some time (2 to 14 nights) to readjust to natural, healthy sleep.
