Indications: Pain in the cervical spine area, tense neck muscles leading to tension headaches, sleep problems due to tension, also in cases of osteoarthritis and disc issues in the cervical spine - after consulting your doctor. Prevention of spinal bending - for side sleepers.

Contraindications: Fresh injuries/strains of the cervical spine, fresh herniated disc, meningitis following a stroke, acute nerve root inflammation of the cervical spine, spasmodic torticollis, in cases of neurological diseases or malformations, tumors, etc.

Note: Due to a slight stretching effect on the neck and spine, the adjustment may feel unusual at first. The body needs some time (2 to 14 nights) to readjust to natural, healthy sleep. It is better to spend a short period each night on the new pillow than to lie awake all night and give up after a few nights.
