With the new Búltex circularity mattresses, environmental pollution is literally avoided while you sleep. With the new generation of Búltex mattresses, the proportion of fossil raw materials is reduced. Some of the polyols, a main component of all foams, are also obtained from CO2, which would otherwise be released into the environment as a harmful greenhouse gas in various processes. Other polyols, on the other hand, are recovered from used foams in a recycling process.
Furthermore, an innovative cutting technology promises not only particularly high lying comfort, but also two-thirds less production waste.
Last but not least, the further development of Búltex mattresses is extremely climate-resistant: Moisture and heat cannot harm the cosy lying feeling for a very long time. This means that the mattress can be used for longer - an important article in waste reduction.
The covers of the Búltex circularity mattresses already show how optimal recycling works. Only recycled polyester is used, and in the end each cover can also be 100% recycled again. The metal zip sliders are easy to remove for optimal recycling results.
