The side shelf in 800 or 1600 mm width is the perfect solution for extra storage at the desk. It enhances individual desks, and in the wider version, it forms an attractive L-shape, or it can be used with two desks placed together. However, it also looks great on its own or as a room divider, thanks to the visible back panel. Two compartments inside hold items that should not clutter the desk. The upper compartment serves as a practical storage space for work materials, while the lower one is suitable for storing files and folders. In the 1600 mm version, a central partition allows employees to claim one side of the storage space for themselves. The sturdy side shelves made of three-layer particle board with melamine resin coating are also easy to move thanks to plastic gliders. Another advantage is the attractive appearance of the surfaces from the Schäfer decor system, which are available in various colors or imitations of fine woods.
