Disconnect the lamp from the power supply again if necessary. Then put it into operation again. Connect each lamp individually to the radio switch.

Correct, these three spots and a dimmer/switch are included. Switch is also connected to the three spots of the luminaire as standard.

Yes, with the dimmer you can select from the three light menus and dim the lamps. The connection to the Hue Bridge has not worked for me yet. Probably because the bridge is at the other end of the living room?

Hello. It's the bulbs that are connected. You have to connect them one by one on the Hue app to pair the remote with them. You can put other bulbs in it, by looking at the products linked to this support. Personally, I have the original bulbs, and that's fine if you need a lot of light, or just a little.
