Gardinia Static mirror film
Gardinia Static mirror film
I got my first mirror film from Ali express and applied it to the outside of the window. During the day its like a mirror from the outside. But when its dark, you can see through the window. The Gardinia film from Galaxus was applied to the inside of the window. It was used to cut down light and heat in a room used as an office. It had the same effect. You can see out of the window no problem. I never looked into the room from the outside because its on the 3rd floor. There are many good videos to watch on YouTube which are helpful.
No, it only works if there is more light outside than inside (the principle behind all mirror films).
It always reflects on the brighter side. So yes, at night the window is a mirror. (Regardless of whether a film is mounted on the inside or outside).
Hi Freaky, we had the same issue - our window was 136x§136 more or less - so we bought 2 (90x200cm) - not a perfect solution - but it kept part of the heat out - so it worked for us.
The light irradiation is significantly reduced... I am satisfied.👍🏻
I think it will deteriorate very quickly, if you do that.
Yes, if the visor has a smooth surface, it should stick well. You may get bumps or wrinkles because of the round surface.
If a window gets cracks, in almost 100% of the cases it can be assumed that the window is pre-damaged. As a rule, there is no connection with incomplete covering of the window with a window film. Therefore, the complete covering is not necessary.
According to instructions for indoor use Joining possible
Hello Auoji, mirror film always reflects equally in both directions. The side that is brighter has a mirrored effect. At night, for example, the effects of inside and outside are reversed. This is also the case with this film. During the day, I look out and no one looks in. At night, everyone looks in and I don't look out. It only works for me on windows that are illuminated by street lighting. So it doesn't matter which side of the film the static cling is on. It is only on one side, the second side is not static. You can apply the film to the inside or outside of the window as you wish.
Yes, it is a mirror film that keeps people from looking as long as it is brighter outside than inside,
Yes, you can. Attention, there is a second "protective film" over it which you should remove before attaching it. After purchase, the film already had "corners & dents" or was chipped (visible areas of several centimetres!). Not visible from a distance but a little disappointing at this price.
The film can be mounted on the inside or outside of the clean pane. On the inside, it may be slightly better protected. This has no influence on the visual and thermal protection.
You can see outside through the film during the day; it's darker than without film; I only use the film over the summer because my landlord doesn't want to replace the windows - you can apply the film several times.
no, it doesn’t when the sun is shining directly at its back / haven’t tried
This film has the dimensions 60 x 200cm.
