The wood finish is spruce with a rustic structured surface that resembles wood stored for 100 years. It features a unique design, with the natural product showcasing deliberate cracks and knots. The modern skid base has a matte black lacquer finish, and the feet are black with an anthracite cover color. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, giving it a vintage look.

The wood is sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria and is treated using a specially developed THERMO process, which steams and dries the spruce wood without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder. It has an abrasion resistance of over 45,000 abrasion cycles.

The bed is available from size 140x200 cm with a middle bar and is made from sustainably cultivated wood. Matching support slats for slatted frames can be ordered separately. It is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame.

The bed features a quilted headboard and has four adjustable bed depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm), including a middle bar with a telescopic foot. It is produced in Germany and is of high quality, with a cover material made of 100% polyester.

The surface treatment is lacquered and brushed, and the assembly is easy and quick with clear instructions provided. The package includes one headboard and one solid wood bed, but does not include a slatted frame or mattress. The assembly is disassembled for convenience.
