Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. The cover color is anthracite. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage appearance.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately. The bed comes in size 140x200 cm with a middle bar. The wood is sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria.

Thermo spruce is treated in a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. The wood becomes much harder through the thermo process, with abrasion resistance of over 45,000 cycles.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes. The bed is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame and is made from sustainably cultivated wood.

Features include a quilted headboard, 4 adjustable bed depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm), and includes a middle bar with telescopic foot.

High quality, made in Germany, with easy-to-understand assembly instructions. The package includes 1 solid wood bed (without slatted frame and mattress) and 1 headboard. Assembly is disassembled and easy for quick self-assembly.
