Kartell Light Air wall lamp

Light Air Wall Lamp. Eugeni Quitllet challenges the conventions of lampshades with his daring design for the Italian manufacturer Kartell: Instead of a traditional frame supporting the classic lampshade, a bold right-angled arch made of laser-welded, smooth plastic holds it seemingly suspended in mid-air at first glance. The conical shade, while appearing classic in shape, enchants with a delicate embossed pattern. This charming detail subtly obscures the view of the conventional socket (E14), into which any light bulb can be inserted according to personal preference. Kartell equips the modern, abstracted, and thus airy-looking Light Air Wall Lamp with a warm glowing LED bulb (5 W) to enhance the radiant effect of the reflective plastic.
