Our note: While coconut fiber mats can be left outdoors year-round, they do not tolerate constant moisture (prolonged rain or continuous snow) or excessive direct sunlight or heat. This can damage the natural fibers, so the mats should only be placed in protected, covered outdoor areas. When cleaning and using, the mats may shed fibers to a small extent, which is normal and due to the natural fibers.
