Product details
With a deep belief in the power of a smile, Gustav Ehrenreich founded the Hoptimists movement in the late 1960s. His goal was to create a figure that would serve as a lasting reminder of positivity and optimism. Although the 1960s are often referred to as "The Happy Sixties," they were marked by social unrest. Ehrenreich's design brought joy and confidence during this turbulent time. Bimble and Bumble, the designer's first Hoptimists, embody a schoolgirl with shining eyes and an attentive boy with a stick on his head. Today, these cheerful figures are an integral part of Danish design history and bring smiles to people's faces worldwide. Christmas is the festival of joy, and our cheerful oak reindeer are sure to bring many smiles during the contemplative days. They are the perfect Christmas decoration, but with their removable antlers, they can remain a charming decorative element on the shelf all year round. The item is made from FSC®-certified oak, representing sustainable design.
