Product details
Bumble and Bimble Figurine. These adorable creatures belong to the species of Hoptimists. The universe of these small wooden figures with funny springy heads was originally conceived in 1968 by Danish furniture carpenter Hans Gustav Ehrenreich, but production was halted after just about five years. In 2009, Lotte Steffensen revived the concept with a specially created brand called Hoptimist, honoring Ehrenreich's spirit: Their round, friendly facial shapes are meant to bring smiles, and their bouncing serves as a motivational aid, making the day a little sunnier. The concept also includes that each Hoptimist, despite its different sizes and materials, is assembled in a workshop for people with disabilities: First, we glue felt under the feet, then attach the spring to the base, and when the head is placed on top and we let go – they come to life. Baby Bumble Figurine. Attentively with open eyes and a funny head antenna, the little wobbly candidate made of colorful plastic cheerfully absorbs news – without immediately adding his two cents. What a delight for the office!.
