The happy mattresses from the UP/SIDE/DOWN line have been designed for three sleeping positions: back, side, and stomach.

The happy UP mattress is the model for back sleepers and for anyone who frequently changes their sleeping position.

In the back position, the happy UP stabilizes the shoulders and pelvis, ensuring an ergonomically correct alignment of the spine and even pressure distribution. The lumbar area is supported to prevent the spine from sagging. Thanks to this zoning, the back sleeper mattress also meets all ergonomic requirements in the side and stomach positions.

The two sides of the mattress, one softer and one firmer, can be chosen according to individual comfort preferences. Each surface features special pressure-relieving cuts in the foam layers, allowing for ideal pressure distribution in the shoulder and pelvic areas, preventing pressure points that can disrupt sleep position changes. Sleep phases can proceed undisturbed, leading to better recovery and well-being.

The high-tech cold foam EvoPoreHRC is particularly breathable due to its open-cell structure. Its production requires 30% less material than conventional cold foams and is 40% more shape-stable than cheaper alternatives. This means exceptional durability, sustainability, and excellent moisture absorption.

The breathable mattress cover made of HCS fiber supports optimal moisture transport and contributes to a hygienic sleeping climate. The cover is washable at 60 °C.

To ensure the head is properly aligned and the cervical spine is supported, a medium-height pillow is recommended, such as the happy UP pillow, which has been developed as a complement to this mattress.
