The happy mattresses from the UP/SIDE/DOWN line are designed for three sleeping positions: back, side, and stomach.

The happy UP mattress is the model for back sleepers and for anyone who frequently changes their sleeping position. In the back position, the happy UP stabilizes the shoulders and pelvis, ensuring an ergonomically correct alignment of the spine and even pressure distribution. The lumbar zone is supported to prevent the spine from sagging. Thanks to this zoning, the back sleeper mattress also meets all ergonomic requirements in the side and stomach positions.

The two sides of the mattress, one softer and one firmer, can be chosen based on individual comfort preferences. Each surface features special pressure-relieving cuts in the foam layers, allowing for ideal pressure distribution in the shoulder and pelvic areas, eliminating pressure points that can cause discomfort when changing sleeping positions. This enables uninterrupted sleep phases, leading to better recovery and well-being.

The high-tech cold foam EvoPoreHRC is particularly breathable due to its open-cell structure. Its production requires 30% less material than conventional cold foams and is 40% more shape-stable than cheaper alternatives. This means exceptional durability, sustainability, and excellent moisture absorption.

The breathable mattress cover made from HCS fiber for optimal moisture transport also supports a hygienic sleeping environment. The cover is washable at 60 °C.

To ensure the head is properly aligned and the cervical spine is supported, a medium-height pillow, such as the happy UP pillow, is recommended as a complement to this mattress.
