Goobay LED constant current transformer

Our transformers supply LEDs with constant voltage (CV) and offer high flexibility, for example when connecting different lengths of LED strips. They are the perfect solution for rotary or push-button dimmers with integrated phase-cut or phase-dimming functionality, allowing for individual brightness adjustment of a lamp.

The compact LED transformer has a minimum load of 5 W and features a control electronics for connecting light sources such as LED strips or LED modules to the power grid with 200-240 V AC. The constant voltage of 24 V DC enables the flexible addition and removal of individual LEDs in parallel circuits, as well as variable lengths of LED strips.

It dims compatible light sources like LEDs or halogen lamps in combination with a phase-cut or phase-dimming dimmer. With the integrated screw terminals, the DC source is easy and quick to install. The flat design and low heat generation allow for space-saving installation of the ballast, even in tight spaces.

The LED driver is approved for installation in furniture and can be discreetly mounted, for example, behind cabinets. It is suitable for parallel circuits and indoor use (IP20), featuring safe electrical isolation according to protection class II, as well as overvoltage and short-circuit protection.
