The kilim rug redefines traditional kilim craftsmanship by combining it with a design DNA that has a strong sense of geometric and organic shapes, as well as exceptional color blocking. Kilim rugs are handcrafted, which means that the weaving can vary slightly from rug to rug. The weaving technique used is the Punja loom—a traditional manual loom and one of the oldest weaving techniques. Additionally, the wool yarn is dyed by hand, and due to the nature of wool and dye, some color variations may occur.
