The spelt pillow from Erzstef is filled with spelt husk from controlled organic cultivation.
The buckwheat husk is essentially the husk or outer of buckwheat grains that is removed during processing. Buckwheat hulls are popular because they are a natural alternative to synthetic fillings such as polyester or foam. The hulls are breathable, meaning they can wick away moisture and heat, providing a comfortable sleeping environment. In addition, due to their flexible nature, they can adapt to the shape of the head and neck and thus provide individual support.
Buckwheat hull pillows can also help with various complaints such as neck tension, headaches or allergies.
