In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for additional purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
