This guarantee does not affect statutory warranty claims, and its use is free of charge. To claim a guarantee, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the purchase receipt (invoice) must be provided by the customer. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee on the subsequent purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
