In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any costs incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for the subsequent purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
