To ensure visibility in dark environments, the watch's display is illuminated by a LED at the push of a button. The daily alarm reminds you of recurring events with an acoustic signal at the set time. Once set, the automatic calendar always shows the correct date. The time display can be set to either a 12-hour or 24-hour format. In 12-hour mode, a "p" in the display indicates the second half of the day, from 12 noon to 11:59 PM. This radio-controlled clock features four adjustable time zones, allowing for precise alarm times in Germany and Europe.
