These blankets are filled with Billerbeck's AIRTEC fiber. This filling is extremely lightweight while providing significantly higher heat retention. Some people still believe that the quality of a duvet can be judged by its filling weight: the heavier, the better. However, this is not true. Specifically, this blanket offers normal heat retention at the lowest weight. This is what defines sleeping comfort!

What does hydrophilic mean? The word "hydrophilic" comes from Greek and literally translates to "moisture-friendly." Moisture that occurs during sleep due to perspiration is absorbed much better and released more quickly by a blanket with a hydrophilic cover fabric. This moisture transport always provides a pleasant and dry sleeping climate.
