The included refill bag allows you to refill the pillow and adjust the support strength. The removable inner pillow is filled with 30% bamboo viscose fibers and 70% polyester balls. The cover is made of 100% cotton and quilted with 100% bamboo viscose fiber. Washable at 60°C.
