Unlike other pillowcases, such as cotton ones, satin is so smooth that your hair and skin glide over it with minimal friction. This friction usually leads to split ends, frizz, or static-charged hair. Additionally, satin helps retain and even provide more of your skin and hair's natural oils and moisture while you sleep. This further prevents dryness and the formation of wrinkles.
