Care

• Some materials, including wool, have a particularly high fiber density and tend to shed during the first few weeks. This is normal as the carpet sheds the excess fibers. If possible, remove the fluff by hand. Never use the brush function of the vacuum to avoid pulling out the fibers. The fluff will naturally reduce over time.
• Care instructions: We recommend only vacuuming the carpet infrequently during the first month. Then vacuum carefully and without a brush.
• Remove stains immediately with a damp, clean cloth.
• Dry cleaning recommended.
