Care

• Some materials, including wool, have a particularly high fiber density and are prone to fluffing in the first few weeks. This is normal as the carpet sheds the excess fibers. If possible, remove the lint by hand. Never use the brush function of the vacuum to avoid pulling out the fibers. The lint will naturally decrease over time.
• Care instructions: We recommend that you vacuum the carpet only rarely during the first month. Then vacuum carefully and without a brush.
• Remove stains immediately with a damp, clean cloth.
• Dry cleaning recommended.
