Founded in 1934 as the first manufacturer of wrapping paper in Switzerland, introduced the first see-through bag for packaging fresh bread in 1971 and the first metallized paper in 1984. In the 1990s, the company adapted to economic and social trends by dividing its product range into different lines, including eco-friendly wrapping paper and establishing its own design studio in Wolhusen. Today, the company prints around 40 million meters of wrapping paper each year, has a special collection of napkins, and exports to over 40 countries worldwide.
