The Iroshizuku inks offer a wide range of colors. The collection of these high-quality inks includes a total of 24 fascinating shades that reflect the beautiful landscapes of Japan, as well as the brand's origin, Pilot. The ink owes its special name to a combination of two Japanese words: "Iro" means color and symbolizes the high standard and variety of colors of Iroshizuku inks. Iroshizuku ink is water-based, making it low-odor. This aspect is highlighted by the second part of the name, as "Shizuku" translates to droplets in German. Therefore, the name Iroshizuku metaphorically represents color droplets.
