The crane scale has a measuring range of 0 to 1000 kg and a resolution of 0.1 kg. With an accuracy of 1% of the measuring range, the crane scale is also a precise measuring instrument. Therefore, it is used, for example, for weighing raw materials. The backlit LCD display of the crane scale has a digit height of 30 mm and can be easily read from a distance. In addition to displaying weight in kg, the crane scale can also show the attached weight in lb and N. The robust metal housing of the crane scale allows for use in harsh industrial environments. The crane scale is powered by three 1.5 V AA batteries. The "MAX" function of the crane scale displays and holds only the largest weight measured. With the "Tare" function, the displayed measurement value can be reset on the crane scale. This function is activated, for example, when weighing containers are attached. The "Hold" function of the crane scale allows for the retention of a displayed measurement value. Optionally, PCE Instruments offers an ISO calibration certificate for the crane scale.
