With the Olympia PS 55 CC, you can shred up to 10 sheets per cutting operation (or one credit card) into small particles of 4 x 40 mm, which corresponds to security level P4 according to DIN 66399. The PS 55 CC automatically detects the sheet to be shredded using a sensor and starts or stops the drive motor accordingly. Additionally, the shredder features a reverse function to resolve paper jams. The particle cut offers high security in the home office or office. In particle or cross-cutting, documents are cut both lengthwise and crosswise. The size of the resulting particles determines the security level and thus the intended use of the device. Compared to a strip-cut shredder, the particles not only provide higher data security, as reconstruction is more difficult, but they also take up less space in the waste container due to their compactness.
