The ABS series analytical balances from Kern feature a high-quality single cell weighing system with advanced single cell technology. They include a fully automatic, one-piece manufactured load cell with stable temperature response and a short stabilization time, providing constant weighing results within approximately 3 seconds under laboratory conditions. The construction is shock resistant and supports high corner loads.

Additional features include a dosing aid with selectable high stability mode and other filter settings, easy recipe weighing and documentation with a combined tare/print function, and an identification number that is printed on the calibration record and is freely programmable. The scales automatically output data to a PC or printer once a stable measurement result is reached. The ABS-N model includes a CAL adjustment program and offers external test weights for an extra charge.
