The innovative cushioning material made from 16 layers of corrugated cellulose provides optimal, spring-like protection - completely plastic-free, made from renewable resources, and with the same performance characteristics in drop tests as foam packaging. With a cushioning height of 19 mm, the novel tissueWave® material securely holds products in the packaging with excellent shock absorption. It can be compressed down to 5 mm for effective use. The one-piece outer box in FEFCO format 0473 is made of sturdy single-wall corrugated cardboard with a plug mechanism. A layer of kraft paper in the box lid adds extra stability. The award-winning shipping box is a mono-material solution and can be completely disposed of and recycled in waste paper.
