Product details

Universal strapping set consisting of a tensioning tool, a strapping dispenser, adhesive strapping tape, and metal clips, with a strap width of 16 mm.

The set includes:

  • Strapping tape tensioning tool
  • Portable strapping dispenser with storage for a roll width of 155 mm and a core diameter of 76 mm
  • 1 roll of strapping tape
  • Metal clips, packaging unit of 1000 pieces (13 or 16 mm) or 500 pieces (25 mm)

All components can be reordered individually.

The strapping tape is made of polyester-reinforced textile fibers and offers a durability comparable to steel strapping. The tape is flexible and elastic, holding loads without cutting in. It is water and chemical resistant and has a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +125 °C. The tape is tensioned and cut using the tensioning tool, and the metal clips are self-locking.

Robust polyester strapping tape is available upon request. The polyester strapping tape features very high tensile strength, low tape elongation, and closure types made of metal fittings or sleeves. It is soft, elastic, and weather-resistant, making it suitable for securing all types of transport, including pallets as well as heavy or bulky goods.
