Product details

Strap set consisting of a tensioning device, a strap dispenser, woven heavy-duty strap, and metal clamps with a strap thickness of 25 mm. Designed for regular industrial use, the set includes:

  • Heavy-duty strap tensioning device
  • Mobile strap dispenser with storage space and a device for inserting the threading rod
  • 1 roll of woven heavy-duty strap
  • Metal clamps, available in packaging units of 1000 pieces (16 or 19 mm) or 500 pieces (25 mm).

All components can be reordered individually. The woven heavy-duty strap has properties similar to those of glued heavy-duty strap but offers no fraying and an even higher tensile strength, making it excellent for very heavy loads. Heavy-duty polyester strap is available upon request.

Polyester heavy-duty strap is characterized by very high breaking strength, low strap elongation, and closure types made of metal buckles or sleeves. It is soft, elastic, and weather-resistant, suitable for securing the transport of all kinds, including pallets and heavy or bulky goods.
